From the pre-Talking Movies archives.
The T-Virus has populated the world with zombies. A convoy of survivors led by Claire (Larter) encounters Alice (Jovovich) in the Nevada desert and gets drawn into her fight against the evil Umbrella Corp who created the virus.
When the hell did Resident Evil become a franchise? How is it even possible that Paul WS Anderson is still given big budgets for this dreck? Who out there keeps going to these damn films?

| J A N U A R Y | 5 | If I Want to Whistle, • 25 Marvel Characters Fans Want On The Big Screen (And The Actors Who Should Play Them)Marvel Comics has had some of the most amazing characters in history. Many of them were created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, but there were others that these two did not have a hand in. Regardless, what Lee and Kirby have done for the comic book world is legendary. The best and worst thing that ever happened was the decision to make movies based on the Marvel Universe. Obviously, we're a victim of recency bias when we see current movies from the MCU, but these are not the first Marvel films. In fact, there have been older Captain America, Nick Fury, and Fantastic Four films that were absolutely terrible. Do we really need to bring up Spider-Man? So when the 90's came, the idea presented was that they would sell off some of their universe to studios so that could man better films with a bigger budget. This sadly broke up the universe between three different studios. 20th Century FOX, Sony Studios | ||
