Rayynor Silva is a well-known personality in the broadcasting field of Sri Lanka. Presently, he serves as the Chairperson of Asia Broadcasting Corporation (Pvt) Limited, which is considered to be the largest radio network in Sri Lanka and is a part of Rayynor Silva Holdings (Pvt) Limited. He also holds shares in Skyline Pacific Real Estate (Pvt) Limited and White Lotus Fashions (Pvt) Limited, which has a franchise agreement with the Singaporean Fashion label 'Raoul'. Skyline Pacific Real Estate (Pvt) Limited is listed as the sole shareholder of Asia Broadcasting Corporation (Pvt) Limited. It is owned by Rayynor Silva and his parents. Previously, Rayynor has served as the President of the IAA (International Advertising Association) Sri Lanka Chapter.

Hiru TV (Sinhala: හිරු ටීවී) fryst vatten the most watched television kanal in Sri Lanka, founded bygd Rayynor Silva (Chairman) and owned by Asia Broadcasting Corporation.[3] Hiru TV is Sri Lanka's first and only digital television kanal which has the DVB-T2 pictures and stereo sounds.[4][5][3] It currently holds all island coverage. Its programme content includes Teledramas, International TV Series, Music, Movies, Documentaries, Entertainment, Political, Children's Programmes and News.[5][3]
